NEW YEAR CELEBRATIONS
New Year's Eve
Upon arriving in Oxfordshire and to welcome you to the Shillingford Bridge, tea and pastries will be served in the lounge during the afternoon. Be sure to collect our General Knowledge Quiz from reception and buy your ducks for the charity duck race. Tonight's New Years Eve celebrations get under way with drinks and canapés in the lounge, before going through to the River View Restaurant for your five course gala dinner with wine. To round off 2010 you can party with a superb disco, with champagne for all to welcome in 2011 at midnight!
Saturday 1st January
After a hearty breakfast, our famous Charity Duck Race will take place on Shillingford Bridge followed by laser clay pigeon shooting on the lawn. Then New Years Day is yours to spend as you wish, perhaps take a walk along the Thames River Path to Benson or Wallingford. Tea and cake will be served in the lounge during the afternoon. Enjoy a relaxing four course dinner with wine in the River View Restaurant, with our quiz night and bingo after dinner.
Sunday 2nd January
Enjoy a leisurely breakfast in the restaurant, before you say your goodbyes and head for home. Or stay an extra night or two in Oxfordshire from only £60 per person per night.
