Shillingford Bridge Hotel's location on a particularly pleasant stretch of the River Thames makes it a popular venue for all types of business events. Within easy reach of the A34 and the M4 and M40 motorways, the original 19th Century building has been extended and modernised, and now offers both traditional charm and modern-day comforts.

The conference facilities include two fully refurbished conference suites, a river view function room and three small syndicate rooms. With a quiet location and natural daylight in all rooms, Shillingford Bridge Hotel is the perfect venue for the busy executive to meet, dine or relax at the end of a busy day. All of our meeting rooms also have the benefit of WIFI BT Openzone internet access.

River Suite
As the name suggests, the River Suite overlooks the River Thames and the lawns to the front of the hotel. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer plenty of natural daylight and splendid views of the river, making the Suite the ideal location for meetings and ‘get-away-from-it-all’ teambuilding days.

Thames Suite
Located on the ground floor in a quiet part of the hotel, the refurbished Thames Suite has modern interior design and high ceilings, offering a spacious and airy venue for meetings for up to 70 delegates in a theatre-style layout.

Oxford Suite
The Oxford Suite has also been tastefully refurbished. Located next to the Thames Suite, via the interconnecting bar, this room is ideal as both a breakout area and self-contained meeting room for up to 20 delegates in a board-room layout.

Suites 35, 37 & 51
These three syndicate rooms all overlook the River Thames and are popular venues for smaller meetings, breakout rooms and one-to-one interviews.
